I hear you about routines: I feel like I'm not ever 'living' life. When I'm busy at the gym getting buff, I'm thinking about all the lost opportunities for connecting with people. When I'm connecting with people, I think about how boring they really are, how self-absorbed, and how my time could have been better served working out at the gym, watching old movies while on the treadmill.

Then I go home and eat handfuls of chocolate chips, download old TV shows off the internet and sleep til it's time to go to work.
