We all have heard that old trope: when one door closes another one opens. Well, that is a hard-sell during a pandemic. So how do we stay open-hearted during such chronic uncertainty? And how can we cultivate compassion for ourselves and others?

Well, I find when things are challenging compassion is the last thing I feel like doing.

But I offer you this short video to inspire you with some ideas.
