What has Changed?

This is a one-hour pen on the page writing class. A chance for you to write everything down that has changed with COVID.

It’s not a class, as much as a community space to journal everything down you see has changed.

It’s a safe space to write down what has changed in our lives in the past 3 months!

The story of COVID is rapidly re-shaping our lives so if you’d like an hour to sit with others and just write down what is going on please come!

You don’t need to be experienced. You don’t have to share, but you can listen as others do.

So grab. a piece of paper. A pen and an open mind and offload some of the stress.
