Why did I create this?

I have been working with a lot of front line workers. They help people with mental and physical challenges in life. They travel globally to bring environmental and economic ideas, to developing countries.

But because they are so passionate about helping they also need to temper their good ideas so they are not bombarding folks they are trying to help. Thhey need to meet people where they are at and bring them along to the new way of doing things. They also need to learn the art of improvisation.  Knowing when to stick to the script and when to imrprovise.

So the improvisational techniques they learn works for these folks I thought they might help you, too.
