Thank you also to talented musician, singer, actor Jack Nicholsen for adding his own layer of richness to this show …. and to Linda Kash who directed a magnificent piece. What a treat! What an afternoon.” Aysun Basaran. Speaker Agent.
“One of the most brilliant performances I have ever had the luck to witness. I laughed. I cried. I marvelled. I cried again. I learned. I felt. I was frankly drained by all the emotions at the end, but the lasting impression is one of connections and honesty and love. Thank you for sharing that with the world, Deborah Kimmett. Do yourselves a favour and keep an eye at kimmett.ca for the next run of her brilliant show “The Year of the Suddenly”.Cindy Faraedo.

Heather Knechtel“Thank you Deborah, for your stories, your humour and your heart!”Heather Knechtel

Susana Brown “Wonderful show, Deb! Thanks so much for coming to the P.boro hood! It was great to meet you, and sorry I didn’t get a chance after to talk about the show. (Got stuck at the front with all those Catholic Lower Napaneers, just kidding 🙂 )… your writing and delivery were brilliant; thanks so much for sharing the story of your brother, Kevin and your miraculous, sudden burped universe… maybe you two were/are the gods. The show was so unique and personal, and yet it resonated with all of us who have lost someone close, who grew up in big families, or Catholic (in my case, Baptist), or who have had unexpected things happen on road trips. It brought back my Mom’s dying and death, and reminded me of our “forever” bond .. all this, with sidesplitting laughter and the inevitable tears… Humour is Sacred; you proved it last night… and thanks for the kleenexes, so thoughtful. I hope to take a writing course with you some day when my head feels better… thanks again for your gift to your brother and to your audiences, of this wonderful show… Cheers 🙂Susana Brown
